About Devan Wilson

Devan is a Cottage Grove native with a well-rounded background in business management, accounting, and real estate. With associate degrees in graphic design and business management, along with a bachelor’s in accounting, she brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to her real estate work. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Devan manages a veterinary clinic—voted Cottage Grove’s Best Vet Clinic five years in a row—and works part-time as an accountant and bookkeeper. Her diverse experience allows her to approach real estate transactions with a strong eye for detail and a thoughtful, client-focused perspective. When she’s not working, Devan enjoys spending time outdoors, often hiking with her Golden Retriever, Clove, or paddleboarding and boating during the summer. A 10-time world and reserve world champion equestrian, she’s no stranger to hard work and dedication. She also enjoys horseback riding, hot yoga, gardening, cooking, reading, snuggling with her Frenchie, Peach, and traveling with her husband, Ryan. Known for her keen attention to detail—and a quirky knack for finding four-leaf clovers (over 250 and counting)—Devan brings a thoughtful and positive approach to every real estate journey, helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
