His knowledge of the neighborhoods and the information he pulled up "on the spot" re: comparables and specific lot dimensions was incredibly helpful. We could consider various aspects of the property "in real time". And when it came time to make an offer, he was very knowledgeable and self-assured about what to offer and how to offer it.
