Before entering real estate, Tony spent nearly three decades in business leadership, training, and team development. That experience shaped his approach as a broker, mentor, and advisor. He believes people make better decisions when they understand their options, the risks involved, and the strategy behind each step.
With an MBA and a Master’s degree in Education, Tony brings a rare combination of business knowledge, teaching experience, and real-world real estate expertise to every client relationship. His straightforward, educational style helps buyers and sellers cut through the noise, understand the market, and move forward with confidence.
Tony is equally passionate about developing real estate professionals. Through coaching, systems, and hands-on mentorship, he helps agents build the skills, judgment, and confidence needed to create lasting careers.
