About Dori Botts

Dori’s connection to real estate began early. Growing up in Indiana, she was inspired by her grandmother, the first female real estate broker in her county, and spent many Sunday afternoons exploring open houses with her mother. At just 22, Dori purchased and flipped her first home, beginning a lifelong passion for real estate and helping others find a place to call home.

Dori moved to the Madison area in 2009 and has had the privilege of raising her two children in the Middleton community. With a BS in Education from the University of Illinois and nearly a decade as a licensed real estate agent, she brings a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and people-centered approach to every transaction.

Whether helping a first-time homebuyer find their perfect first home, guiding a family through a move, or assisting a homeowner with the sale of their property, Dori genuinely enjoys being part of these important milestones. She is especially passionate about working with first-time buyers and providing the guidance, resources, and reassurance needed to make the process feel less overwhelming.

Outside of real estate, Dori enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, and birdwatching. Her family also includes two dogs and a cat who keep life busy and entertaining.

Deeply connected to the Madison and Middleton communities, Dori considers it a privilege to help others discover not just a house, but a home and community where they can thrive.
